Rock'n'Runathon 2025

A community runathon has raised over £9,500 for a school’s playground upgrade.

The runathon, held on the nearby high school’s athletic track, was organised by the Friends of Reepham Primary School.

In attendance was former England rugby player Tom Youngs, who supported the young runners.

Rose Levien, the event organiser and a parent at the school, said: “The energy was incredible — the children gave it everything they had. “What really stood out was how they supported each other. It was a celebration of effort, joy, and what can happen when a community comes together.”

The runathon was supported by 20 local business sponsors, including The Dial House, King & Company, Norfolk Print & Design, Brown and Co., Total Race Timing, and The Psychology Room.

The fundraising page is still open for donations at go.dojiggy.io/rocknrun2025.
